These pictures were sent in by Colin & Joan Ainsworth and are from a walk they did on the 17th August 2008 in the beautiful Forest of Bowland. Although I'm not totally sure of their route the walk started at Dunsop Bridge and followed the valley of the River Hodder to Newton and then back to Dunsop Bridge.
