The colder weather as really hit me this year. My breathing is short and shallow and I feel tight across my chest. The weather however hasn't been too bright so for a change I've decided to take things easy until I feel a little better. Today however we had to visit Grange over Sands so I took the camera along to capture a few images. We first visited the Wildfowlers Pond near the railway station which seemed a little quiet today with the local residents still waking up.
Edith however had the attention of the Black-Headed gulls...

We walked to the promenade for a look over to Arnside Knott
On our way back we stopped off at Sandside near Milnthorpe where with the tide in the sun behind the clouds was lighting the water up quite nicely.

And finally....showers pass over Morecambe Bay from the Arnside - Silverdale top road.
