A few pictures taken from the promenade on a stormy day in January 2005
Taken from a section of the promenade known as "The Cliffs". All along this section as now been reinforced with huge lumps of limestone now and a number of rock groynes have been built as part of the coastal protection scheme.

From outside the Stone Jetty cafe. The Jetty used to end where it narrows. It was extended a number of years ago as one of the first stages of the coastal defence scheme.
