Having like most I had indulged a little to much than was good for me on Christmas Day so when my son phoned to ask if I fancied a short walk with them I soon agreed. We only live around the corner from them so it didn't take me long to grab the camera and get there. Edith was at her brothers for the day so this passed a pleasant couple of hours.

On our way back Harvey met up with two "friends". A Neopolitan Cross Mastiff and a Rottweiller Cross.

Chase me!

Another friend for Harvey.

After having a brew and something to eat with them I left them to have a walk along the Heysham Barrows to Half Moon Bay. It was by now around 3-30pm and the sun was very low on the horizon.

The church was in the shadows behind the Barrows
