We had set off to go for a run to the Lakes but as we approached Beetham changed our minds to do this short but always delightful walk.
RA Update: I am at the hospital this afternoon (Monday 2nd March) to see the specialist. Hopefully they will be able to offer me some medication that doesn't have the side effects that the previous three have had.

Walking through The Park we came across this small herd of deer.
Now they've seen us and the hinds are off.
The stag however showing his macho side took a more casual departure.
