A short walk today starting at Eaves Wood car park which took us through the hamlet of Waterslack to the old Pele tower at Arnside Tower farm. From there we took a path through the caravan park to The Cove at Silverdale and then into Silverdale itself before returning via the field paths and The Row.

We were soon at Waterslack

You are advised not to go too close...
as it in a bad state of repair.
We are now on our way to the caravan park. The dust you can see comes from a mobile drilling rig. No idea what they were drilling for though.
